The house nestles on the edge of Newcastleton forest making it perfect for family holidays, walking, stunning scenery and activities. Two well behaved dogs are welcome during your stay. The local activity centre offers a huge range of interests; swimming, kayaking, zip wire, canoeing, mountain biking, gorge walking, high ropes, abseiling and loads more – book a stay at Yethouse and receive a 10% discount.
The world renowned 7stanes mountain bike trails are on your doorstep, they are free to use and offer hours of exciting trails to ride. Newcastleton forest joins Kielder Water and Forest Park where many more trails abound as well as lots of further activities; Dark Sky, Birds of Prey, Water sports, Kielder Dam and much more.
The roadways are empty and scenery breath taking making drives or road cycling spectacular. The village is surrounded by miles and miles or moors with abundant wildlife flora and fauna.
