Set on a hillside above Bowness on Windermere, The Dome House boasts the best views of Lake Windermere. You will enjoy the luxury of being the only guests and every luxury has been curated just for you. The house offers five opulent suites with super king sized bed, luxury bathrooms, smart tv and complimentary mini bar. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided for a morning drink to wake slowly and take in the peace and the views, before heading to the breath taking Dome Room for breakfast cooked by your personal chef.
You won’t want to leave the house when you can enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool, relax with a glass of bubbles in the outdoor hot tub or soothe your body in our barrel sauna. For fun and games, there is a games room filled with traditional board games, bar football and a record player.
The evenings are a true dining experience. Your chef will prepare your food, using the highest quality local ingredients and paired with a bespoke drinks list, whilst you settle down with your friends and family and relax, an aperitif in hand until it’s time to gather around the table. What could be more perfect? The floor to ceiling windows and balcony provides a viewing platform for the jaw dropping view. Treat your family, catch up with friends, or host an unforgettable retreat in style.

The main patio provides stunning views of the lake where you can enjoy afternoon sun or watch the sunset. There's another terrace facing the fells, where you can enjoy early morning sun. The hot tub is positioned perfectly for evening soaks under the stars, and the wood burning barrel sauna is perfect to soothe your body after a long hike. The woodland elevated garden provides unprecedented views of the lake and there is ample free parking.

This exclusive retreat operates like your own all-inclusive Lake District resort. Breakfast and dinner is prepared by your very own personal chef, as well as pre dinner snacks and drinks. Your host can also assist you in arranging activities and experiences in and around Bowness. Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool. Dogs are also welcome by prior arrangement.

Please note that the kitchen is not available for guest use, you won't need it, as this is a fully catered experience. All bed linen, towels, pool towels, robes, slippers and luxury toiletries are provided. There is ample free parking for guests. Children are welcome, but guests are asked to bring their own travel cots and cot bedding. Children under 16 years old must be supervised at all times in the pool area. Only over 16's permitted to use the hot tub or sauna.
