The single-storey holiday home is large enough to sleep six people in three bedrooms and has two bathrooms, so the layout suits friends as well as families. There is a large communal garden at the front, private parking, though the village location is convenient for public transport and is ideal for guests who are staying without their own car. The shore of Windermere and the pier that's home to Windermere Lake Cruises is ten minutes on foot, and you're even closer to cafes, restaurants and bars.
Bowness-on-Windermere is a charming lakeside town that offers a perfect balance of relaxation and activities, making it an ideal holiday destination for families or groups of friends. The town is known for its stunning views across Windermere, England's largest lake, and provides plenty of opportunities to get out on the water.
