Sleeping up to 21 guests across eight bedrooms, it’s the ideal setting for large family gatherings, milestone celebrations, or a relaxed getaway with friends. There’s room for everyone to unwind, with generous living areas inside and wide open spaces outdoors — all framed by glorious countryside views. From the doorstep, you can stroll to the coast, explore nearby nature reserves, or head over to the award-winning Ferry House restaurant. The Farmhouse is one of five welcoming holiday cottages on Mocketts Farm and is available for bookings all year round, offering a proper escape to the heart of the Kentish countryside. Please note, The Ferry House will close for regular dining from April 2026, reopening on select dates for special events.
