An elegant Victorian villa in Robin Hood's Bay, Fernleigh is made for families, friends and gatherings. The house sleeps up to 10 adults plus 2 children, giving larger groups space to settle in, spread out and enjoy time together by the sea. Inside, you will find a grand living room with a feature open fireplace, comfortable sofas, bay window chairs, a 55 inch Smart TV and Nintendo Switch 2. The spacious dining room has a log burner usable by guests and a huge bespoke table made for long meals together. The fully equipped kitchen is centred around a modern range cooker, with Miele appliances, a Sage Nespresso coffee machine and everything needed for relaxed cooking during your stay. Each bedroom is furnished with White Company duvets and pillows, matched with Yorkshire made soft furnishings from the Yorkshire Blanket Company. A beautiful spacious, part 12th, 15th and 18th century Grade II listed building of historical importance on the outskirts of the Kent village of Manston, just four miles from Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate on the Kent coastline. Ideal for groups of up to thirteen guests. However, if you also wanted to book the two cottage next to The Chapel which also form part of the secluded grounds of Manston Court, which both have one bedroom and a sofa bed, groups of up to 21 are able to stay comfortably for that special occasion. We have now added an outside electric socket in the garden of The Chapel, so that guests can hire a hot tub to make their stay even more memorable. We suggest Goodwins in Margate is a great place to hire out the hot tub. Currently the price for up to 1 weeks hire is £270 which includes warm water.
