The Stables offers a relaxed setting for a North Devon break, with Ilfracombe and Woolacombe close enough for easy days out.
Enjoy the barn’s traditional beams, settle into the conservatory with a book, or linger over breakfast before heading to the coast. Underfloor heating in the conservatory adds comfort on cooler days.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide accommodation for up to four guests. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, helping keep holiday meals simple.
Outside, your private garden and patio open onto the farm’s 3.5 acres of shared grounds. Join in with outdoor games, try courtyard boules or borrow a deckchair and find a spot to enjoy the surroundings. Beach equipment is also available for guests to borrow.

Around the farm
Guests share 3.5 acres of grounds, with countryside and sea views, a children’s play area, outdoor games (badminton/volleyball, football, cricket, table tennis) and a Fairy Treasure Hunt. Our communal Beach Hut has equipment to borrow, including surfboards, buckets, spades and windbreaks.
Exploring North Devon
Discover Ilfracombe’s harbour and restaurants, spend a day on Woolacombe’s sandy beach, or explore the South West Coast Path and Exmoor. The farm offers a countryside base for enjoying both coast and countryside.
Welcome pack and thoughtful extras
A complimentary homemade Devonshire cream tea awaits you on arrival, with scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam, alongside fresh milk and tea, coffee and sugar sachets.
Children receive their own welcome packs (under 16's). Bedding, bath and hand towels are provided, together with hand wash and an initial supply of toilet rolls. You’ll also find tea towels, oven gloves, washing-up essentials, foil, cling film, bin bags and cleaning supplies, plus barbecue briquettes and firelighters for outdoor cooking. Please bring your own beach towels.

Accommodation
The Stables is a characterful barn conversion with exposed beams, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A conservatory with underfloor heating provides a welcoming space to relax, while the private garden and patio open onto the farm’s shared grounds.
Living and dining
Settle into the lounge after a day exploring North Devon, or enjoy a quiet morning with a book in the conservatory. Central heating, together with underfloor heating in the conservatory, keeps the cottage comfortable on cooler days.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, with a washing machine and tumble dryer available for added convenience during your stay.

Two comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to four guests, making The Stables a lovely choice for families or friends holidaying together. Two bathrooms provide added convenience, with bath and shower facilities available. Bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are included.

Enjoy your own private garden and patio, with a charcoal barbecue for outdoor cooking. Beyond your garden, explore 3.5 acres of shared grounds, with space for games, play and relaxing in the countryside. Two designated parking spaces are provided, with cars parked one behind the other.
