The property is a detached modern 2 bedroom self catering with a light airy feel with lots of glazing to maximise the views with a good sized garden, patio providing an ideal place to unwind to the sounds and sights of the sea and nature whilst watching our famous sunsets or find close by your own favourite place to relax.
The spacious main bedroom benefits from a super king bed, and generously kitted out with lots of storage, whilst the second second is a double futon bed and the spacious gallery area also offers if required a sofa / daybed.
The open plan kitchen has all the appliances you would expect, whilst the open plan lounge is bright airy with a full package of satellite tv and 4G internet and the modern log burner completes the feel. The bathroom has a good size walk-in shower.
There is no central heating due to the insulation of the building, there is parking for 1 car but additional parking is available in Mortehoe village carpark. There is a dog charge of £50.
