The Bluebell is an expert when it comes to comfortable accommodation. The large holiday home is in the East Yorkshire village of Burton Agnes, only six miles from the Yorkshire Coast and its beautiful beaches. The former hotel is now a big group self-catering property sleeping up to 52 people in 20 bedrooms, all but one with an ensuite. There is dining space for 40 and an atrium that can seat up to 100 people. Suppose you're hosting a reunion with your extended family, hosting a milestone birthday party, searching for a wedding venue, or arranging a work or team building event. In that case, The Bluebell could be just the place you're looking for.
Burton Agnes is in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The parish church dates back to 1100, and there is a medieval manor house designed by the same architect responsible for Longleat and Hardwick Hall. You can arrange for your groceries to be delivered after your arrival, with a good choice of supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs and other amenities in Driffield and Bridlington, both around six miles from the house.
The Bluebell has everything you need to keep your guests happily entertained. There's a bar, a huge communal lounge with ample seating, a big flatscreen TV, music, games and books. A separate games room has table tennis, pool, air hockey, and darts - if you can't find the kids, chances are they're in here! The outside space has a patio with garden furniture, a big lawn, and parking for 30 cars. It's possible to hire a hot tub - please speak to the owner about this when booking. Bridlington Beach and the Yorkshire coast is a short drive from the house, while the historic city of York and magnificent Castle Howard (aka Downton Abbey) are both less than an hour away.

Outside: The enclosed garden is a large flat lawn with a patio close to the house. There is off-street parking for 20 to 30 cars, depending on their size.
Additional Information: Bed linen, bath towels, WiFi and utilities are included with rental. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. A hot tub can be hired for an extra cost. Smoking is not permitted.
