Located in the Torre conservation area of Torquay, Number 18 has five double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and is a walkable distance from the main Torquay Beach at Torre Abbey Sands with other beaches within Torbay are only a very short drive away. There is secure off street parking for up to five cars,
Good access to public transport and a short distance to the town centre and harbour with its entertainments, numerous pubs and family restaurants makes days or nights out trouble free.
For those wishing to self cater there is a fully equipped kitchen with a comprehensive range of cooking utensils, cutlery, china and glassware and many of the major supermarkets close by. For those last minute or forgotten bits and pieces there are also local convenience stores a short walk away.
For those wishing to dine in without having to cook, there are local takeways and fish & chips outlets with a short walk and a comprehensive range of most popular styles such as Pizza, Indian and Thai offering a delivery services if preferred.
There is parking available for up to five cars and a patio area with two charcoal barbecues and seating for ten. There are a variety of garden games available for our guests including petanque, badminton and speedminton, and a basket ball hoop.
Indoors there are a variety of boards games available.
All bedrooms have TV's with Freeview (or equivalent) available and the main living room and three of the bedrooms have smart TV's. As well as Freeview TV (or equivalent) all the major streaming platforms can be reached but guests will need to use their own passcodes for access.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the building.

GROUND FLOOR
Large open plan "L" shaped kitchen/dining/living area.
The kitchen is fully equiped with eye level double oven; five zone induction hob; combination microwave oven; dishwasher; separate, full height fridge and freezer and a comprehensive range of cooking equipment. With a more than sufficient number of serving dishes; cutlery; crockery; china and glasses.
The dining table is perfect for seating 10 people in comfort and the lounge area comfortable sofas and chairs for the same number.
There is a smart TV and a variety of board games for evening entertainment and relaxation.
Ground Floor Bedroom
Comfortable double bedroom with kingsize double bed and TV suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Shower room/wc
Walk in shower, w.c and washhand basin with mirrored bathroom cabinet above.
Utility room
Separate washing machine and tumble drier and stainless steel wash basin for washing any very dirty items.
