Apartment 22 is right on the beach at Bigbury-on-Sea, with nothing to interrupt views of the sand and the sea. It is the perfect self-catering holiday venue for couples, families or friends as there is plenty of space to sleep up to four people in two bedrooms, and guests have access to facilities that include a gym, indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Shops, cafes and two pubs - The Pilchard Inn and The Waterfront - are within walking distance of the apartment, which is within easy reach of some of the area's favourite beaches and attractions.
Bigbury is a fantastic choice for a holiday by the sea in Devon. It has a wide, sandy beach with calm, shallow water that is perfect for swimming. It is part of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with stunning views and beautiful footpaths and cycling routes for visitors to enjoy. Bodyboarding, kite-boarding and windsurfing are all favourite activities, and visitors can arrange lessons and hire equipment if they want to develop a new skill while on holiday. The beach is a spit, with water on both sides and Burgh Island at the end, so there is a lot for guests to enjoy within walking distance of the apartment.
There is lots to see and do outside of Bigbury with local attractions including the Avon Estuary, which is a haven for waterfowl and other wildlife. Kingsbridge is eight miles away with a beautiful river, lovely walks and the opportunity for sailing, as well as places to eat drink and shop. This historic naval port of Plymouth is less than 20 miles from the apartment, with lots to see and do in any weather. If guests feel like a change of scenery, then they can go to Salcombe, walk out to the Start Point Lighthouse, or swim and play at Beesands Beach.

Apartment 22 is on the top floor with access via a lift or stairs and direct access from the rear car park so possibly suitable for those who prefer to not climb stairs. Accommodation is all on one level.
Guests have use of the leisure amenities in the facility that includes a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, bar and restaurant.
Outdoors: The apartment has a beachfront balcony with a table and chairs. Guests have allocated parking for one car.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are provided. A travel cot (no bedding) and a highchair are available. Guests to bring towels for use at the beach and pool if they are required. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Sorry but no short breaks.
