It is one of two fantastic self-catering properties on a family-run farm in the Shropshire Hills AONB, with beautiful walks from the door. The owners also offer stabling and grazing for horse riding holidays so guests can make the most of the fantastic riding conditions for which the Shropshire Hills are renowned. With its peaceful location a mile from Priest Weston and the Miners Arms pub, as well as luxurious touches like a private hot tub, Curlew Lodge is an ideal self-catering choice for couples, families and friends.

Castle Keep Barn is a lovely two-storey holiday home on the edge of the Shropshire Hills and only a few miles from Shrewsbury. It's in the friendly village of Pontesbury and within walking distance of shops, cafes, takeaways and pubs. The house sleeps eight people in four bedrooms and suits big families, extended families and friends.  Offa's Dyke footpath goes through the village and there is lots of scope for walking, mountain biking and cycling, with secure bike storage on site.
