Befferlands Cottage is a spacious converted two storey barn.  The interior benefits from a large sitting room with high vaulted ceilings which leads to an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area.  The sitting room has a lovely huge picture window which allows light to flood in and the kitchen has the advantage of a stable door.  There are two stylish bedrooms both of which benefit from their own bathrooms.  A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with both bath and shower and a twin room with its own bathroom right next door.  Both bedrooms are recently refurbished and have ample wardrobe space.  The cottage has its own parking a small private garden perfect for relaxing or a barbecue.  Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a charge of £20 per dog (2 dogs maximum).
