The Old Print Shed is a converted barn adjacent to the Owner's home. It is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the village of Harberton with it's 13th Century pub, Grade 1 Listed Church and Farm Shop. The historic town of Totnes is about 3 miles away offering a range of individual shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and it's very own castle. There are weekly markets every Friday and Saturday with a Food and Craft Market once a month. From Totnes quay boat trips are available which gently wind down the scenic River Dart passing the villages of Stoke Gabriel, Dittisham, passing Agatha Christie's beloved Greenway and on to the naval town of Dartmouth. https://www.dartmouthrailriver.co.uk/
During July and August trips are available from Dartmouth on the paddle steamer 'Kingswear Castle', the last remaining coal-fired paddle steamer in operation in the UK today. https://www.englishriviera.co.uk/things-to-do/kingswear-castle-paddle-steamer-p1499983
Whether you enjoy the beautiful countryside, the ruggedness that Dartmoor has to offer, the coastal towns of Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe, or the sandy beaches of Thurlestone, Bantham or Bigbury with Burgh Island https://www.visitsouthdevon.co.uk/things-to-do/burgh-island-p1541123, all are within each reach.
