Cefncoedbach Farm offers all the right ingredients for a country break with incredible panoramic views that take in both the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains. Whilst guests can enjoy a true Farmstay experience and a taste of rural life (although there is good 4G for those who need to stay in touch with the outside world), Brecon's bustling market town is a short car ride away (four miles) with a good range of amenities.
Cefncoedbach offers two self catering holiday properties which can be rented separately or together to accommodate larger parties. Their location is the perfect choice for outdoorsy types with a host of adventures for all energy levels including lovely walks, bird watching, canoeing for water sports lovers as well as coarse fishing (on the farm), golf, cycling and horse riding for those who prefer a different type of saddle. Whatever your fancy, the beauty of the Brecon Beacons National Park provides the perfect backdrop.
There are plenty of interesting places to visit in this lovely part of Wales including the National Botanic Gardens of Wales, Brecon Theatre, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show Ground, Brecon Mountain Railway and Dan Yr Ogof Show Caves to name just a few (see owners website for further details on the many local attractions). The local area also offers a good choice of pubs and restaurants to enjoy a meal out including the Three Horseshoes in Groesffordd, The Royal Oak in Pencelli, The Old Ford Inn, The View Resturant at Cradoc and The George at Bishops Meadow to name just a few. Alternatively, get a Chinese or Indian takeaway in Brecon and enjoy it back in the comfort of the cottage.
Whether you want to simply relax amongst beautiful scenery or get out and about exploring the many attractions of mid-Wales, Cefncoedbach Farm provides a warm welcome to all guests.
