Straddled between the Lakes and Dales, you'll love our 8 bedroom Barn which you can hire for your exclusive use. It's private location at the bottom of the Howgill fells is truly stunning and yet you can enjoy a 10 minute wander in to the historic market town of Sedbergh and enjoy the small, local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. It's a perfect choice for any celebration, milestone event, reunion or family holiday.
Our Barn offers 8 en-suite bunk rooms and sleeps up to 35 people. There are 2 fully equipped commercial kitchens for you to use or we can recommend local chefs who we work with if you fancy a night off!
You'll be spoilt for choice with so much space indoors and out. There's a large open plan living and dining area. Plus an upstairs mezzanine with Sky TV and Sports. Darts and pool table/table tennis are available in our games room.
Outside there's a lovely terrace with hot tub looking on to the fells, or perhaps enjoy some old fashioned games on our games field? We provide board games and outside toys for the kids. BBQs and fire pits are available for the 'big kids'!
Being in the Lakes and Dales you'll not know what to do first! There's so many outdoor adventures like hiking, biking, and exploring nature. We work with local companies that will deliver activities on site like archery, inflatables. cocktail making, murder mystery evenings and much more!
We're dog friendly and there are dog friendly walks straight from the door of the Barn.
