Studio Cottage is a captivating coastal home with stunning sea views which can be enjoyed from almost every window. From picture perfect emerald blue sea refecting in the sunshine, to stormy waves crashing against the rocks, the views are probably some of the most striking you will see in the whole of Cornwall. But it's not just the spectacular views over Talland Bay, everything about Studio Cottage, from the six acres of gardens, beautiful furnishings, and space for ten people to sleep in four bedrooms, will ensure you never want to leave. It's perfect for large or extended families or groups of friends who love being steps from the famous South West Coast Path and within a short walk of an award-winning restaurant, licensed cafes, and of course, the beach. Organising a holiday for your family can sometimes feel like a thankless task, but when you book Studio Cottage, you'll be creating an event everyone will love talking about for years to come.
Talland Bay is a picturesque cove with two sheltered beaches, rock pools, a boat launch, and tidal pools for swimming. There are private steps and a path from the house down to a café below. It takes around half an hour to walk via the coastal footpath to Polperro, though you might want to leave more time as you'll be so busy admiring the views. The 2.5-mile walk to Looe is equally beautiful whether you go there and back via the coast or return through scenic countryside that's part of a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We couldn't blame you for spending your entire holiday lazing on the beach or in the garden of Studio Cottage. What's nicer than being able to swim when you want, watching the kids play on the lawn, enjoying the shade of a woodland walk and cooling your feet in the stream? Throw in a daily scoop or two of Cornish ice cream, and you've got the holiday of your dreams. If you need more, then local attractions include The Eden Project and the Polperro Model Village. Sit by the harbour at Looe, hire a sea kayak, or jump off a cliff at Adrenaline Quarry. Kids love The Monkey Sanctuary and Porfell Wildlife Park. If they misbehave, perhaps a visit to Bodmin Jail will do the trick!
Studio Cottage is available all year round for holiday bookings. Short breaks are possible between November and March, depending on availability, so it's a great choice even if you only can only get away for a few days. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and convenient for guests who have limited mobility or need to avoid stairs.

Studio Cottage is a large Cornish stone house surrounded by six private acres of grounds that include private steps down to a café. Accommodation is over two levels.

Outside: Studio Cottages faces south and is set in 6.5 acres of grounds that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The sea dominates the property and everywhere you go in the garden always offers yet another enchanting vista of the sea. Studio Cottage offers peace, privacy and tranquillity with both coastal and country walks on the doorstep. There's lots of off-street private parking
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests to bring beach towels if they are needed. A basket of fuel for the log burner is included, with more available to buy locally. No smoking.
