Lucasland Holiday Cottages is the perfect place for friends or extended families to holiday together. Each of the three self-catering holiday homes sleep six people in three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 18 people and amenities that include a hot tub, games room, Sky TV and a private bar.

You're within walking distance of shops, cafes, Hunmanby's village church and pub, and just over two miles from the spectacular Yorkshire coast. Whether catching up with far-flung friends or planning an unforgettable multi-generational Christmas, Lucasland Holiday Cottages provides an authentic Yorkshire welcome in all seasons.

The scale of the beaches here is mind-boggling. Hunmanby Gap is never busy and dog-friendly all year round. The better-known resorts of Filey and Scarborough have traditional seaside amusements and amenities with lots going on during the summer holidays. Local attractions include Filey's Bird Garden and Animal Park, the Scarborough Fair Collection and Vintage Transport Museum, and the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery.

Accommodation Comprises:

The Lucasland complex consists of three barns beautifully converted into comfortable holiday homes. The cottages have similar facilities, with one cottage having a bedroom and wetroom accessible for guests who use a wheelchair. You can expect:

A master bedroom with a double bed, storage and an ensuite shower room.
Second bedroom with a double bed and storage.
Third bedroom furnished with two full-sized single beds and decorated in a neutral style to suit children or adults.
Family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.
Open plan living space with original features like stone walls and exposed oak beams. The seating area has comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV with Freeview channels.
Between the kitchen and the seating/TV area is a dining table to seat six people.
Fitted kitchen fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher.
The icing on the cake is your very own pub where you can pull your own pints for as little as £1.55 a pint! This well-equipped space has a Sky TV Signature Package, a pool table, table football, and darts.

Outside: The courtyard garden has a patio with seating and a barbecue, and an eight-person hot tub. Guests have ample off-street parking.

Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included with the hire of Lucasland Holiday Cottages. Well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in any of the properties on site.
