Set within acres of rolling farmland near Morpeth, Beacon Hill Farm is perfectly positioned for exploring this spectacular region. There are walks right from the doorstep, or you can be paddling on the golden sands of Druridge Bay in just 20 minutes by car. The nearby town of Alnwick is home to the world-famous Alnwick Castle and Gardens, while Warkworth, Craster and the Northumberland Coast AONB all make great day trips. Inland, walkers can head for the Simonside Hills, the Cheviots or Kielder Forest, with castles, gardens and wildlife around every corner.
Closer to home, guests at Beacon Hill Cottage are treated to exclusive use of a whole host of on-site facilities. Enjoy lazy mornings by the indoor heated pool, relax in the spa and jacuzzi, or book a treatment at the beauty cabin. For families, the adventure playground, woodland Harry Potter trail, games room, and private lake (perfect for paddleboarding or wild swimming) are sure to be a hit. Outdoors: Guests have a large private garden and terrace equipped with outdoor dining furniture. This peaceful setting is perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons, evening drinks or al fresco meals. On-site parking is available close to the cottage. There is also a non-tethered EV charging point—guests should bring their own cable.
Staying at Beacon Hill Cottage gives access to the on-site leisure facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, spa treatment rooms, games room, woodland trails, children’s play area, cricket net, boules court and a lake for fishing, wild swimming and paddleboarding.
