Twenty One A is in a conveniently central location in Lee-on-the-Solent, a shell's throw from the beach and close to shops, cafes and takeaways. The Hampshire seaside town is a fantastic family-friendly holiday destination with a long beach that is perfect for swimming and watersports. The first-floor apartment comfortably sleeps up to six people in three lovely bedrooms and is perfect for couples, families or friends.
While undoubtedly amazing in the summer, Lee-on-the-Solent has lots to offer in every season. The smooth promenade along the beachfront is perfect for walking, scooting or cycling, with lovely views over the Solent towards the Isle of Wight. There is a splash park in the playground for the summer months, a skate park and lots of lovely ice cream shops! The walk around the coast to nearby Stokes Bay is a favourite. The Hovercraft Museum is a fun all-weather attraction, and there is a golf course nearby for those who play.
Gosport is only five miles away, with a choice of places to eat, drink and shop as well as a waterfront footpath that overlooks Historic Portsmouth Docks and links the Royal Navy Submarine Museum and Explosion! Museum of Naval Firepower. Take the passenger ferry from Gosport to Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays to access a wide choice of shops and attractions that include cinemas, theatres, nightclubs, the Spinnaker Tower, and the Mary Rose Museum.
Watersports are understandably popular, given the 24 miles of coastline and beaches that make up Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent, and there are local businesses happy to hire equipment as well as provide tuition if you want to sail, jet ski or kayak. There are beautiful footpaths through the nearby Hampshire countryside as well as around the coast, and cycling is also a popular way to explore.
Days out can include sightseeing in Southampton or Winchester, or enjoying the rides and attractions at Peppa Pig World in Paulton's Park. Twenty One A is available all year round. Short breaks and longer stays are possible, depending on availability.

Twenty One A is a first-floor self-catering apartment with spacious rooms and a modern style.
Outside: A verandah runs the width of the apartment with views down the road to the beach, approximately 100 metres away.
Additional Information: All bed linen, bath towels, utilities and WiFi are included. The apartment has good mobile phone coverage across most networks. A travel cot (no bedding) and a highchair are available - all bedrooms are big enough for a cot. Smoking is not permitted.
In addition to the rental cost there is a £250 refundable damages deposit, which is fully refundable within 7 working days of your departure, obviously subject to no significant damages or excessive cleaning.
