Beautifully furnished to give an elevated home-away-from-home atmosphere, it comfortably sleeps eight people in 4 bedrooms with three bathrooms, direct access to the lake, and a waterfront deck. The hot tub is on order, should be in place end March (pls check with us). You're only a minute's walk from Ballihoo restaurant, all-weather tennis courts, The Spa with complimentary access, and a children's adventure playground. With dogs also welcome in the Cotswold self-catering holiday home, Chiff Chaff is a place the entire family can enjoy.
The Lower Mill Estate is a year-round holiday destination that appeals to even the most discerning holidaymakers by combining the tranquillity of nature with the promise of outdoor adventure. Explore extensive nature trails on foot or by bicycle, or bring your binoculars to spot the dozens of species thriving in this protected environment. Paddleboarding, fishing and kayaking are conveniently available from your doorstep, and there are abundant green spaces and scenic views for family picnics.
The Roman market town of Cirencester is only a few miles from the Cotswold Water Park. It has an excellent array of High Street and independent boutiques and pubs, as well as a twice-weekly market every Monday and Friday mornings. Kids love the opportunity to explore genuine Roman ruins, and don't miss the chance to watch world-class polo at Britain's oldest polo club in Cirencester Park. Other Cotswold towns including Broadway are also within easy reach, making Chiff Chaff the perfect place to stay while enjoying the best the Cotswolds can offer.

Outside: A timber lakefront deck has loungers, a dining table and chairs, and a gas barbecue. There's parking for one car next to the house with nearby overflow parking. The hot tub is due end March!
Additional Information: Ultrafast Fibre Broadband, utilities, bedlinen, bath towels, a highchair, travel cot (no bedding) and stair gates are provided throughout. Guests have complimentary access to the spa and gym which includes an indoor and outdoor heated pools, a steam room, sauna and eco plunge pool, with an additional cost of treatments. One dog is welcome by arrangement. Watersport equipment can be hired on site and delivered to the cottage.
