Granary Cottage is one of three charming holiday cottages that sit in a small farming community in Cornwall. It sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet conveniently situated in a central location for visiting Cornwall's many attractions. Here you will find a warm welcome from the resident hosts who are on hand to make sure your holiday is a pleasurable one.
The cottages welcome dogs (three or two if they are medium/large), have secure off road parking and single level access into the accommodation. Sitting in four acres of grounds, the cottages are surrounded by farmland with plenty of country walks to enjoy. They are also close to both the seaside and moorland.
From the cottage front door, you can enjoy fantastic walks to Siblyback Lake (great for bird-watching, sailing and fly fishing), the Hurlers stone circles, Golitha Falls and the Cheesewring rock formations. Close at hand there are a good selection of excellent pubs for a meal out and a farm shop.
If you want to be by the sea, the cottages are just twelve miles from the Cornish coast at Looe with its safe sandy beaches and the South-West Coastal Path. Polperro, Fowey and spectacular Whitsand Bay are also nearby.
There are so many popular attractions within easy reach by car. The renowned Eden Project is just forty minutes away as are the world-famous Lost Gardens of Heligan and many National Trust properties including medieval Cotehele, Lanhydrock House and Gardens, Trerice and Trelissick Gardens. The hot spots of the North coast are also a similar distance including Padstow, Tintagel and Port Isaac.
