William's Hayloft is on a working farm in rural Shropshire, with gorgeous views in every direction. It is ideal for families and friends who want space and privacy, together with excellent on-site facilities and beautiful footpaths and cycling routes from the door. The cottage sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms and is pet-friendly, with guests enjoying facilities like an indoor swimming pool, a sports court, toddler play area, BBQ's, Bike Store, Woodland Picnic area and much more.
There is so much to do in and around the farm that you may struggle to fit it all in during your stay! The local area is filled with excellent attractions from the World renowned Chester Zoo, the UK renowned Bewilderwood, exciting adventures at Hawkstone Follies, have tractor ride or pet a pony at Park Hall Farm & tire the kids out at The Crocky Trail, visit Hack Green Nuclear Bunker for a trip to the past and don't forget the Aqua Park & Water sports at Alderford lake, just a 2 minute drive away!!
Walkers will love having direct access to the long-distance Shropshire Way footpath, which passes through the farm. Guests are also close to Offa's Dyke, the Llangollen Canal, and the Whitchurch Wheel footpaths. Cyclists won't feel left out as they can follow the Sustrans Route 45 as it goes between Chester and Salisbury, or have fun on the mountain bike trails and bridleways. There is bike storage on-site.
Spend fun-filled days discovering the delights of places like Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Whitchurch and Wrexham. The historic Roman town of Chester is under an hour's drive, or you could spend a day in Liverpool, sightseeing, shopping and eating. Chester Zoo and Alton Towers are always popular, or maybe the Fenn's, Whixall and Bettisfield Mosses National Nature Reserve is more to your taste. There are three UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the area, so add Ironbridge Gorge, the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal, and Maritime Mercantile City in Liverpool to your itinerary.
Start your day with a swim in the heated indoor pool, challenge the kids to footy or tennis, or watch your toddler play and take a trip to one of the many local attractions, what more do you need for a great break away!!

Williams' Hayloft is a gorgeous period property that has been finished and furnished to a high standard. It is pet-friendly, with accommodation over two levels.

Outside: Williams' Hayloft has an enclosed garden with a level area of lawn a gravelled space with an outdoor dining table and chairs & a mature garden border. There is off road parking for two/three cars next to your cottage. Guests have full use of all the site's shared grounds and amenities.
Additional Information: An initial basket of logs for the wood burner is provided with more available to purchase locally. All utilities, WiFi, sheets and bath towels are provided. A travel cot (no bedding) high chair and stairgate are available on request. One well-behaved dog is welcome through prior arrangement. Short breaks are available. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
