The bright and airy two-bedroom apartment has stunning sea views and a private balcony overlooking Porthtowan Beach.
Outside: The apartment's private balcony has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and sunset drinks. There is allocated off-street parking for one car. A village car park, just 50 metres away, has more parking and EV charging facilities.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests to bring beach towels if required. The owner regrets that they cannot accommodate pets. Smoking is not permitted.
