Light, spacious and modern, Sycamore country house is contemporary with 3 bedrooms, perfect for a family celebration or to just get away from it all. Sycamore is superbly positioned to take advantage of the surfing or sunbathing at the beautiful nearby beaches and to enjoy the many on-site facilities at Court Farm, including the indoor heated swimming pool, large children's play area, two firepits, also in this field we have Ponies, Goats, Chickens and a pig to feed ( we are passionate about sustainability), so food waste goes to the animals or composted, Rainwater feed the plants and swimming pool, we recycle as much material waste as is possible.
Set in the middle of the village of Marhamchurch with its own volunteer-run village shop, the Bullers Arms pub is also just opposite. Take the footpath to the popular Bude canal which is just the perfect way to explore Bude on foot,Here you will find the popular Weir cafe, with plenty of outdoor seating, lake view with fishing. Alternatively, a cycle track runs parallel to the canal. From there you can access the superb southwest coast path to the north and south, personally i love to take my mountain bike on these paths the views are awesome as well as the fantastic workout. Bude is renowned for its surf beaches from south to north is Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay, Summerleaze, Crooklets, Northcott and Sandy Mouth. Surfing lessons, equipment hire, paddleboarding and coasteering are popular here. Further afield popular destinations are Boscastle, Tintagel Castle, Port Quinn, Port Isaac and Padstow. Just north is the famous cobbled Clovelly village. Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are nearby. Mountain bikers will love our growing number of off-road cycle trails and for road fanatics we have very hilly routes for a good workout, we have bike storage lock-up facilities onsite.

Large and light fully equipped kitchen with thoughtful design and patio doors leading to the garden, little snug with sofa and table perfect for homeworking. The first bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite, and smart tv, the second bedroom has unique wooden zip and link beds which transform into a 6 ft bed, smart tv, third bedroom also zip and link beds giving a 6 ft bed option. Family Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and hand basin, on this floor. So a very versatile house for both families and groups. Storage shed in the garden for bikes, boards etc., own charcoal BBQ, quality sun loungers and hard-wearing recycled garden furniture with parasol.
Open all round, short breaks available most weeks except the holiday weeks and june to mid-September.
