Ground floor: The front door leads into a small entrance hallway, which leads to the lounge with a wood-burner, large comfy sofas to sink into and watch a film on the flatscreen TV; the fully equipped kitchen has all integrated appliances and leads through an archway into the dining room with double doors taking you out to the patio area. There is also an additional TV/playroom, utility room & WC.
In the totally private and enclosed garden, there is a luxury 6-person hot tub.
First floor: Stairs lead up to the master bedroom with a king-sized bed with flatscreen TV and en-suite shower room/wc; two twin bedrooms (each with zip and link twin beds that can be converted to a Super King-sized bed for a couple by prior request) also with blackout blinds; family bathroom with over-bath raindrop shower.

Set in the middle of the village of Marhamchurch with its own volunteer-run village shop, the Bullers Arms pub is also just opposite. Take the footpath to the popular Bude canal, which is just the perfect way to explore Bude on foot. Here you will find the popular Weir cafe, with plenty of outdoor seating, a lake view, with fishing. Alternatively, a cycle track runs parallel to the canal. From there, you can access the superb southwest coast path to the north and south. Bude is renowned for its surf beaches, from south to north are Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay, Summerleaze, Crooklets, Northcott and Sandy Mouth. Surfing lessons, equipment hire, paddleboarding and coasteering are popular here. Further afield, popular destinations are Boscastle, Tintagel Castle, Port Quinn, Port Isaac and Padstow. Just north is the famous cobbled Clovelly village. Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are nearby. Mountain bikers will love our growing number of off-road cycle trails, and for road fanatics
