Rosehill House Cottage is a five roomed cottage enjoying wonderful views over Mount’s Bay and St Michael’s Mount set in a quiet residential area of Marazion. Sea views are available from the bedroom, kitchen and the sun terrace. A short walk up from the ancient town of Marazion with its range of pubs, restaurants and a mini market. The cottage is ideally positioned with views of St Michael’s Mount from the sun terrace and the kitchen. The bedroom balcony offers a table and chairs with a panoramic view of Mount’s Bay, including Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole. The property benefits from a parking place for a large car, a few steps away from the front door.
A few minutes walk away is the causeway to St Michael’s Mount and a mini market, pubs and restaurants. A frequent bus service connects Marazion with St Ives, Penzance, Newlyn and Land’s End. Ideal for Rosamunde Pilcher film locations. The Penzance train station is four miles away. Collection from the station can be arranged.
Nearby, stand up boards and kite surfers can be hired. A good surfing beach is about twenty minutes drive away. An RSPB bird sanctuary is about ten minutes walk away.
The property has open tread stairs and a small pond therefore it is unsuitable for young children. No smoking inside. Sorry, but no pets.
Change over day is Saturday. Minimum rental fee is for 7 days.

Kitchen- Fully equipped with fridge, cooker, hob, toaster, kettle, table and chairs for two. Panoramic views of Mount’s Bay and St Michael’s Mount. On calm days, dolphins are often seen.
Sitting Room- large smart TV, free Sky, free WiFi, boostable storage heaters, leather sofa and armchair.
Hall- umbrellas and garden parasol.
Bathroom- wet room, shower, wc, bidet, vanitry unit with shaving socket, heated towel rail.
Ironing room- store for ironing board, iron and garden chair cushions.
Bedroom- two large single beds that can be pushed together to make a six foot bed, wardrobe, wash hand basin, hair dryer, bed reading lights and bedside tables. Balcony with table and chairs.
Outside- laundry room with washing machine, freezer and tumble dryer.
Sun terrace- table and four chairs, views all around Mount’s Bay and St Michael’s Mount.
