St Mawgan is a picturesque Cornish village near to Mawgan Porth and the many beautiful beaches of North Cornwall including Padstow, and Newquay. The cottage is located just 5 minutes walk to the popular Falcon Inn, a traditional village pub with a roaring fire, wooden beams and an award winning garden. The village also has a village shop, tearoom, a Japanese garden and beautiful woodland walks. Perfect location for those that want to leave their car at home.
The cottage is in a prime location to explore stunning award winning sandy beaches, surfing and headland walks, with beautiful inland walks surrounding the area. Just a 5 minute drive to Mawgan Porth beach which has a stunning sandy beach with cliffs either side, rock pools, and the bay provides fantastic surfing, great sand castle building, and also allows dogs. This award winning beach is patrolled by lifeguards and has an excellent beach shop, restaurants, and pub.
The cottage is also located near to Watergate Bay, Bedruthan Steps, and Padstow. Horse riding, surfing lessons, kayaking and coasteering can all be booked nearby. The cottage is also within easy reach of the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, and many other Cornish attractions.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen - enjoy cooking in the fully equipped country cottage kitchen, with wooden work tops, ceramic sink, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and a cupboard stocked with a range of cooking appliances.
Dining room features recycled and vintage items including a solid oak kitchen table and upcycled chairs. With the ability to seat 6, the dining table is perfect for entertaining if you’d like to invite friends over for the evening. The room has views into the garden and a window seat.
First floor:
There are two stunning bedrooms to choose from:
Both beds have cotton linen and plump cushions, and black out blinds to ensure a god nights' sleep.
Garden:
The garden is situated in a beautiful spot, and the peaceful valley and village that surrounds it is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy outdoor dining on the table and chair set which seats 6, and we also have a wooden garden bench. The garden is fully fenced, perfect for bringing your four legged friends.
