The modern property is part of a portfolio of superb self-catering holiday homes in the peaceful, desirable Pendra Loweth Holiday Village, where amenities include a bar and cafe, adventure playground, extensive gardens, a gym, plunge pool and all-weather tennis courts. Chy Morvoren has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping six people with a layout that suits families, extended families or friends. The cottage is close to Falmouth with easy access to beautiful beaches and countryside.
There's always a lively buzz about Falmouth which is just two miles away and easy to walk or cycle to if you'd prefer to leave the car at home. In addition to shops and restaurants, its attractions include the National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, and a scenic seafront promenade. Visit the Donkey Sanctuary at Mabe Burnthouse or take a trip on the ferry to Flushing or St Mawes. Cornwall's mild climate creates the perfect conditions for exotic plants that can't grow anywhere else in the UK. There are gorgeous gardens to admire at Trebah, Glendurgan, Trelissick, and Enys.
The indoor amenities at Pendra Loweth are open between March and October, with the outdoor facilities and gardens accessible all year round.

Outside: Enjoy summer barbecues in the private, south-facing garden where there is seating and a picnic table as well as a BBQ. The garden has a small lawn and the patio opens onto the large communal grounds. There is allocated parking for one car near the cottage with additional parking nearby.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels and final cleaning are all included in the price. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
