3 White Lodge is in a spectacular location above the Mawgan Porth. The North Cornwall coastline is so impressive that it's hard to choose a favourite spot, but it's hard not to fall in love with this sandy beach midway between Newquay and Padstow. The south-facing apartment is in a small, modern complex within a 2 minute walk of the beach and the River Menalhyl, and close to the South West Coast Path. A local shop, cafe and the welcoming Merrymoor Inn are a 5-minute stroll from the door. With two bedrooms sleeping up to four people, 3 White Lodge is ideal for families, friends or couples who appreciate the additional space of a second bedroom.
It doesn't matter what time of the year you stay, Mawgan Porth is always perfect for a holiday. Swim, surf and sunbathe in the summer, and enjoy an invigorating walk to a sheltered spot for a cosy picnic in winter, watching the birds swoop along the clifftops and the waves crash on the shore. Spend lazy days browsing the shops and galleries in Padstow, or zip up your wetsuit and go surfing. Watergate Bay, Constantine Bay, Treyarnon Bay and Harlyn Bay are all nearby if you feel like a change of scenery, or why not head inland and discover the beauty of the Cornish countryside.
Local attractions for a day out include Carnewas and the Bedruthan Steps, the Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre, Camel Creek Adventure Park, and the Cornish Birds of Prey Centre. Walk around Newquay Bay or bike ride around Porth Reservoir and along the Camel Trail. You'll find bike hire and advice about riding the local trails in Wadebridge and Padstow. Newquay Zoo, Flambards, and the Blue Reef Aquarium are always a good choice for a family-friendly day out. If you prefer more sedate activities then choose from stately homes and gardens such as Pencarrow House, St Michael's Mount, and Trerice Manor House.

Whether you're a couple escaping for a romantic break or are planning a family holiday at the seaside, this home-away-from-home meets all your needs.
The apartment is in a modern, purpose-built complex with a limited number of properties to maintain peace and privacy. Accommodation is all on one level.
Outside: In addition to the private patio, guests have use of the shared lawns. The apartment has an allocated parking space and secure storage for surfboards.
Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests to supply beach towels. Short breaks are possible, depending on availability. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
