Located within a private gated courtyard at the end of a secluded lane, just on the outskirts of bustling and picturesque Padstow harbour. Built from traditional stone and slate it is one of a block of four, 3-story town houses. The Camel Trail is a few minutes’ walk around the adjacent fresh-water lake, then 10 mins estuary-side walk to Padstow harbour.

A warm & comfortable 3-bedroom house, sleeps 6, plus cot, large lounge/diner, Log burner and 2 bath/shower rooms. Dedicated private parking, stunning estuary views from the lounge and master bedroom and just a stones-throw from The Camel Trail and SW Coast Path. The secluded suntrap rear garden is part lawn and has a patio with furniture, an electrically powered sun-awning and gas BBQ.

Located centrally on Cornwall's north coast, it is ideally located for touring Cornwall. Padstow harbour has a complete range of eateries, pubs, shops & beach within a short walk. Pleasure, sea-life, speed boat and fishing boat trips run regularly from the harbour. Rock sailing, water skiing and several beaches are just a short foot ferry trip across the Camel estuary.

Further afield, Truro, St. Austell, south coast fishing ports Charlestown Maritime Museum and the Eden project are all easily reached by car.

Furnishing emphasis is on quality and comfort, fully equipped for 6 people & children of all ages, toddler and baby equipment is provided and 2 well behaved & housetrained dogs are welcome (more by special arrangement only).

Lounge/diner has leather recliner sofa’s & armchair, Fireplace with log burner (seasoned logs provided), oscillating fan heater, 40-inch flat screen LED HD-TV with Sound-bar, DVD/BLU RAY player, Chromecast, Super-fast Wi-Fi, PS3 & Wii games consoles. Dining area has extending dining table seating six. Patio doors lead to enclosed & secure suntrap rear garden with gas BBQ.

Kitchen is fully equipped including fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and selection of condiments & consumables.

Family Bathroom has full-size bath with independent, thermostatically controlled shower over, W.C., basin & illuminated vanity unit.

Shower Room has cubicle with concertina door, thermostatically controlled shower & W.C.

Utility Room has sink, washer/dryer (powders etc. supplied) ironing board, iron, laundry basket, Highchair, stairgates & oscillating cooling fan.

(All HW is at mains pressure, giving excellent flows throughout the house).

Master Bedroom has King-size bed with pocket-sprung mattress. Ample storage, armchair & hairdryer. Stunning estuary views toward Rock.

Bedroom 2: has two single beds with pocket-sprung mattresses, ample storage & hairdryer. Views over adjacent farmland toward the obelisk.

Bedroom 3: has Single bed with full size pull-out guest bed underneath with fold-out legs. Both have quality mattresses. Views over adjacent farmland toward obelisk. Travel cot/playpen (with mattress) Available.

Garage is available for secure storage of cycles, surf equipment & buggies etc. Also logs & kindling for wood burner & facilities for boots, wet coats & dog washing. A selection of children's games, fishing & crabbing equipment, folding chairs, wind-brake and general beach paraphernalia is also available for guest use.

There is dedicated, private parking space within gated courtyard for 2 cars.

The Camel Trail is a few minutes’ walk around the adjacent fresh-water lake, then 10 mins estuary-side walk to Padstow harbour.
