10 Nare Court is a modern holiday home with panoramic views over Mevagissey Bay and Chapel Point. The waterfront apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms, boasting incredible views from the living room, bedrooms, and spacious balcony. With two bathrooms, the apartment is perfect for friends, couples, and families with children over the age of five, giving everyone their own space and privacy while also providing a comfortable place to socialise and spend time together. All of the amenities you need are within strolling distance, including cafes and friendly pubs like the harbourfront Cellar Bar.

Mevagissey is a dream holiday destination. Winding lanes lead down to a picturesque harbour where colourful boats bring in the catch of the day for you to enjoy over lunch or dinner. The coastal scene is charming with a buzzy vibe, where pubs, cafes and galleries vie for patronage with delicious menus, waterfront tables, and beautiful images. You'll love starting your day watching the early morning sun lighting up the harbour and ending it by admiring the shimmering reflection of the lights on the water.

Days can include walking the South West Coast Path to Gorran Haven and Trenarren. The spectacular Lost Gardens of Heligan are only three miles from the apartment, with 200 acres of beautifully restored grounds with picnic spots, play areas, and a popular cafe and bakery. Mevagissey has an aquarium, museum of local history, and a model railway set-up that will delight any train enthusiast. Book an exciting power boat ride, charter a fishing boat, or take the ferry over to Fowey. Other local attractions include the Eden Project, Wheal Martyn Clay Works, and the St Austell Shipwreck Treasure Museum. Beaches near Mevagissey include Porthluney Cove, Hemmick, Porthpean and Pentewan, so there is ample choice for days at the seaside, surfing, swimming, paddleboarding, and canoeing. You're also less than an hour's drive from the north coast and beaches like Newquay, St Ives and Perranporth.

10 Nare Court is a gorgeous mid-level apartment with level access from the main entrance (making it suitable for those with mobility issues) with private parking and spectacular views.

  • Open plan living/dining room with huge glass doors that open onto the balcony (which has glass balustrades, so as not to interrupt the views). It's a stunning space to relax and eat meals. The seating area has two sofas and a TV with a DVD player and a stereo.
  • Modern fitted kitchen with an electric stove and oven, microwave, big fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. There's also a washer/dryer for your convenience.
  • Comfortable master bedroom with a kingsize bed, fantastic views, built-in storage, and a TV.
  • Twin bedroom with two full-sized (3ft-wide) single beds, and a stylish ensuite with a shower, WC and a handbasin.
  • Family bathroom with a shower over the bath, heated towel rail, WC and a handbasin.

Outside: A private balcony with a table and chairs is accessed via glazed French doors. The apartment has an allocated covered parking space and access to a clifftop viewing point.

Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests to bring beach towels. The apartment is not suitable for children under five, and the owner is unable to accommodate pets. The property is non-smoking.
