You will be sure to remember your stay in this unique pirate themed property - the centrepiece being a huge pirate ship in the middle of the lawn. Also featuring a large hot tub, sauna, bar and party room it is the ultimate quirky retreat. Sleeping 24 guests in 8 bedrooms with flexible layouts it is perfect for bringing together large groups of family and friends.
Set against the rolling Pennine hills, close to the small village of Upper Denby, Black Pearl Retreat is surrounded by stunning views. You can choose to enjoy these with a morning coffee from the large sunroom with its floor-to-ceiling windows, or whilst sipping a glass of fizz as the sun sets from the hot tub. Practice your cocktail making skills during a class organised by the owners in the outdoor pirate themed bar or get the party started in the colourful disco and karaoke room. Other extras that can be arranged by the owner if requested include spa treatments, chef‑prepared meals, group photos or yoga classes.
Whilst enjoying the privacy of your own grounds Black Pearl Retreat is also close to both Huddersfield and Holmfirth, where you you are within easy reach of beauty spots as well as bars, restaurants and shops. The vibrant cities of Leeds and Sheffield are also less than an hours drive away. Bedrooms one to three have ensuite bathrooms and there are two family bathrooms for the other bedrooms to share.
Outside: The house is surrounded by a large lawn which is also home to a life-size pirate ship complete with nets, ropes, a helm and barrels. There is also a rustic pirate themed bar area with atmospheric lighting, perfect for evening cocktails and entertainment. If you are looking for a more leisurely evening there is a large hot tub overlooking the lawn and views.
Additional information: Wifi, bed linen and bath towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the hot tub. The owner does not accept pets.
