Ty Gwilym was originally an old farmhouse and sleeps six in three bedrooms upstairs, three bathrooms, a comfortable sitting room, a cosy study, fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight and a utility room. There is a secluded, shared garden overlooking the Cathedral Bell Tower with lovely views towards Carn Llidi and the surrounding countryside.
The Boathouse is a newly decorated (2024), spacious, light and airy first floor flat with two balconies for morning and evening sun, one double bedroom and bathroom, a large sitting room, fully equipped kitchen with seating for six and, unusually for St Davids, garage parking and room for bicycles. The Boathouse is very close to the centre of St Davids and all the local amenities, but, at the same time very peaceful. Bookings are normally Friday to Friday during the peak season - April to September.
