About Storws

Stows is one of three cottages at Felin Wrdan. This former granary, built in the traditional local stone, has now emerged as an extremely comfortable and stylish holiday cottage for a couple. Storws is a beautifully converted barn with upside down living and bedroom space. The barn is designed to a high specification to make the most of the surrounding idyllic views.

The open-plan living space benefits from an high apex ceiling with the original, characterful oak beams. Every details has been considered to make this an ideal space for cooking, eating, sitting and relaxing. Sit back and enjoy the luxury of lighting the woodburner and sitting back with a glass of wine, a good book or watch a film.

Downstairs, the bedroom is a wonderful calming space with a super-comfortable king-size bed, dressing-table and French doors out to the garden. Enjoy the underfloor heated slate floor throughout the ground floor. The bathroom is big and luxurious with a fabulous walk-in rainwater shower. Relax in the bath and take in the views of the meadow and hills.

Sit back on the southfacing patio and enjoy the fabulous views of the meadow and the hills beyond. There is ample parking for at least 2 cars.

This little hideaway for a couple is fantastically positioned for the Pembrokeshire Coast, beaches and Preseli Hills, Ceredigion coast- and much more. Storws is set in a peaceful location but there are plenty of activities and places to visit with easy reach. If you would prefer to explore closer to home there are plenty of beautiful walks from your doorstep to take in the wildlife and countryside. There is an abundance to explore!

Storws allows one well behaved dog.

Storws is a beautifully furnished barn conversion with accommodation over two levels.

Downstairs:

Local slate and underfloor heating ensure the bedroom is both stylish and welcoming. It's furnished with a king sized (5ft-wide) bed, bedside tables with reading lights, and plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobe and cupboards as well as dressing table, there are glass French doors and a window that open directly onto the garden.
Luxuriate in the deep bath which has a stunning view overlooking the meadow and hills. The walk-in shower has a rainfall head, and there's also a WC and a vanity unit with a handbasin.

Upstairs:

Dedicating the entire top floor to an open-plan living area, dining room and kitchen means you'll always have a great view whether you are gazing out of the window or watching TV. A pitched ceiling with the original oak beams and skylights are complemented by whitewashed walls and a door that opens onto the external staircase.
Put a good film on the TV, light the log burner and relax back into the comfortable sofa which is big enough for two people.
All you need for self-catering is in the well-equipped kitchen, including essentials like dishwasher tablets and seasoning.

Outside: The private garden has a sunny patio and a lawn. There is parking next to the cottage.

Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. A travel cot, stairgate and highchair are available on request - guests to provide cot bedding if it is required. One well behave dog allowed. Smoking is not permitted.
