Stabal is one of three Felin Wrdan holiday cottages on a former farm near the River Nevern and Crymych. It is remarkably spacious for a one-bedroom barn conversion, sleeping two people in one bedroom with a big enclosed private garden and parking. It's ideal for a romantic self-catering holiday or a solo retreat, offering guests a very high standard of accommodation in a peaceful rural location that's only a short drive from the Cardigan coast and arguably some of the best beaches in Britain. It doesn't matter what time of year you visit - you'll find lots to do and see either within walking or cycling distance or an easy drive.
There's never a wrong time to visit the Pembrokeshire and Cardigan Coast. It is breathtaking all year round, whether surfing, swimming, paddleboarding, coasteering, picnicking on the sand, or walking along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Local beaches include Mwnt, Newport, Poppit Sands, Llangrannog, Penbryn and Tresaith, to name but a few. Head inland, and you'll find yourself at the foot of the magnificent Preseli Hills, where there are even more miles of footpaths and cycling trails to explore. You'll find courses at Newport, Cardigan, Llandysul, and Carmarthen if you like golf. Anglers can try their luck, tempting sea trout, salmon and grilse onto their hooks. Guests can arrange a guided horse ride or pony trek through nearby stables, and local businesses offer bike hire.
You don't have to be an active person to fall in love with the beauty of the Pembrokeshire coast. Newport's Monday morning farmers' market is always popular, as is the Friday morning market in Narbeth. Cardigan has supermarkets and other amenities within easy reach, and there's a fantastic array of excellent pubs, cafes and restaurants around the area. Attractions include the Tudor Merchant's House in Tenby, St David's Cathedral, the Blue Lagoon waterpark and Folly Farm and Zoo.
The owners welcome guests to Stabal all year round, with short breaks possible depending on availability.

Additional Information: All utilities, WiFi, bed linen and bath towels are included. A travel cot, stairgate and highchair are available on request - guests to provide cot bedding if it is required. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
