The Manor House can sleep up to 22 guests in 7 bedrooms, making it ideal for holidays with your extended family and friends, hen weekends or team building events. It is one of nine fantastic properties on The Cotswold Manor Estate which, when hired together, can accommodate parties of around 150 guests. Coupled with 70 acres of private grounds and a location within walking distance of the popular Lord Kitchener pub near Witney makes this property one not to miss.
Between the parkland, private garden and hot tub, games barn, ponds, streams and woodland, there is no need to even venture off the property. There is enough outdoor space to arrange laser clay pigeon shooting, personal training sessions and team building exercises, and there is more than enough space for running around and playing ball games. However, it would be a shame not to explore the world-famous Cotswolds that is right on your doorstep. Within a short drive are attractions like Blenheim Palace, The Cotswold Wildlife Farm, Cogges Manor Farm and Chedworth Roman Villa. The historic city of Oxford is around half an hour by car, with excellent shopping and places like the Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology and Oxford University Museum of Natural History.
Opportunities for shopping and fine dining abound. The Lord Kitchener pub has a private dining room guests can book, or it is also possible to arrange for a private chef to cater in the house. Oxford and the eastern Cotswolds have a wealth of excellent restaurants like the Michelin starred Le Manoir Au Quat’Saisons and Lords of the Manor. Bicester Designer Outlet is a shopaholic's treat, or you could browse the shops of Oxford or the boutiques in Chipping Norton and Stow-on-the-Wold.
Whatever your reason for staying at The Manor House, the high standard of accommodation, excellent location and wonderful variety of facilities and opportunities will ensure that everyone in your party is happily occupied from the moment they arrive until you wave them goodbye.
