Self Catering Holiday Cottages in Worthing

The house has perfectly sized rooms feeling both spacious and comfortable all at the same time.  It is beautifully decorated throughout and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.   There are shutters throughout the living areas including the trI-fold doors in the Kitchen and blackout blinds in the bedrooms. The Kitchen has every appliance you’ll need and more, it is furnished to the highest quality. There dining table seats 6 and there’s additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar which overlooks the garden. You’ll find all the condiments you need to get started, tea, coffee, coffee machine and coffee pods. There are dishwasher tablets, cloths, tea towels, detergent and bin bags etc.  All we ask is that if you use up anything during your stay that you replace it for the next guests please. There is a HD TV and soundbar in the lounge along with an Alexia.  And we have Netflix, yes really!  We provide a bath and hand towel for each person in each bedroom.  All the bedding is of the highest quality and is not only washed and dried but also ironed. We provide shower gel in both the Master Bedroom and the ensuite bathroom of the Double Bedroom. There is hand washing gel in each of the bathrooms and kitchen. There is also a downstairs cloakroom for your convenience and plenty of room for shoes, coats etc in the Hallway.   There are outside lights in the back garden (which is secure) and at the front door. Also the security light comes on in the front garden once the front door in opened so that anyone arriving or departing at night can see where they are going. This property is my pride and joy and would welcome it if you treated it as if it was your home. **I'm happy to offer a discount for couples who only use one bedroom**

Sitting quietly between the promenade at Shoreham-by-Sea and the River Adur, Palm Tree is a welcoming self-catering apartment for one or two people. The owners saw the struggle their friend had finding wheelchair accessible holiday accommodation, so they created a place where everyone, regardless of their level of mobility, can enjoy a relaxing holiday by the seaside. The seafront is only 50 metres away, while shops, cafes, and pubs are around a 15-minute walk/wheel. Brighton and Worthing are nearby for a day out, as is the beautiful South Downs National Park.
