As part of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Chew Stoke holiday home is in a blissfully serene spot where you and 15 friends or family members can let go of daily alarms and settle into the luxury of not being at anyone's beck and call or beholden to any schedule but your own. Kingsley Lake View is child-friendly and pet-friendly, with excellent self-catering facilities for groups celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a stag or a hen weekend, or escaping to the serenity of the Somerset countryside for a weekend of well-being and relaxation.
Once you arrive, there is no need to leave Kinglsey Lake View to have a fantastic time. The huge house is complemented by gorgeous grounds that feature an outdoor entertaining area, barbecue, and hot tub. If the weather is inclement or you want to get out of the sun, the games room with an 8ft pool table will fit the bill.
Chew Stoke is south of Bristol, west of Bath, and east of Weston-Super-Mare. It's perfect whether you want to take long countryside walks, spend a day at the seaside, go shopping, take in some of the nation's most famous historic sites, or spend a night dining and dancing. Tour the sites of Bath - the Abbey, Roman Baths, and the grand Royal Crescent. Or perhaps the tiny but charming city of Wells is more to your taste. Bristol also has a great variety of attractions to suit all ages and interests including the Harbourside, Brunel's SS Great Britain and the Clifton Suspension Bridge. You're only half an hour from Glastonbury and within reach of Stonehenge, Westonbirt Arboretum, and the Cotswolds AONB for even more choices. There is scope for activity for those with an adventurous spirit and many ways to relax and breathe in the fresh Somerset air.
Kingsley Lake View is available for holiday bookings all year round. There is a minimum stay of two nights, so you can plan a fantastic break even if you only have a weekend.

Kingsley Lake View sits on two private acres with accommodation all on the ground floor.
Outside: Huge grounds provide lots of space for games, outdoor dining, and activities like yoga and boot camps which you can organise separately. There is a hot tub and ample parking.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen, bath towels, and fuel for the barbecue and log burner are included. A travel cot and a highchair are available.
