Four cottages, two hot tubs, Seasonal heated pool, supliment may apply, This can be heated out of season for an extra chage, Wi-Fi, EV charger, dog and horse paddocks make it perfect for weddings, celebrations and family get-togethers.
A relaxed noise policy after 11 pm allows guests to celebrate in comfort.

The Big Barn – Sleeps 12 | 6 bedrooms | 4 bathrooms
A large, light and airy barn with two lounges and a spacious kitchen/diner seating 12. Bedrooms include two super-king/twin rooms, one double and three twin rooms. Three bathrooms upstairs (mix of baths and showers) plus a ground-floor shower room. Private terrace with 7-person hot tub and Weber gas BBQ.
Llyn Clwyd Cottage – Sleeps 6 | 2 bedrooms | 1 bathroom
Spacious two-storey cottage with open-plan living, log burner and Smart TV. Upstairs has a king bedroom and a family room with two double beds. Bathroom with shower over bath. Sheltered courtyard with charcoal BBQ.
The Coach House – Sleeps 4 | 2 bedrooms | 1 bathroom
Cosy stone cottage with open-plan living space, log burner and French doors to patio. Upstairs you’ll find a super-king bedroom and a twin room, plus a family bathroom with shower over bath. Private patio with BBQ and views across the fields.
Cae Caled Cottage – Sleeps 2 | 1 bedroom | 1 bathroom | Private Hot Tub
Romantic one-bed retreat with hand-crafted oak furniture, log burner and French doors to the garden. En-suite bathroom with deep bath and walk-in rain shower. Private patio with own hot tub and BBQ.

Seasonal Heated Pool: Our outdoor pool is heated and available for guest use from July through September.
Out-of-Season Swimming: For those visiting outside of the peak summer months, the pool can be heated for an additional supplement (available October – June).
