Glan Clwyd Isa is a small farm in the picturesque Vale of Clwyd and home to three delightful holiday cottages, a separate studio, and a Bed and Breakfast. Sitting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Glan Clwyd Isa affords an exceptionally peaceful and secluded position amongst thirty acres of land and is ideal for couples looking for a romantic break or larger family gatherings. With the use of a heated swimming pool in the warmer months (beginning of July to the end of September) this is the perfect place to relax and unwind amongst beautiful scenery, and a great base for exploring the whole of North Wales and its many attractions.
The Offa's Dyke long-distance path and the hills and mountains of the Clwydian Range are easily accessible, making Glan Clwyd Isa a great choice for walkers. There are also wonderful scenic walks directly from the front door, as well as plenty of opportunity for birdwatching and wildlife spotting through the beautiful rolling countryside that surrounds the farm.
Winning awards for biodiversity and conservation, the fields and wildlife ponds are available for guests to enjoy whilst on holiday, as well as fishing from the privately owned stretch of the River Clwyd.
Out and about in the area: Whilst Glan Clwyd Isa enjoys seclusion and tranquility in abundance, the popular rural village of Bodfari is just one mile away with a local shop and the excellent Dinorban Arms pub for a meal out. The surrounding area also offers a good selection of country pubs and eating establishments showcasing the vast array of wonderful produce that flourishes in this fertile area. The ancient market town of Denbigh is just five miles away with its 13th Century castle and little streets lined with shops, restaurants and pubs. Further afield is the historic market town of Ruthin, Snowdonia's magnificent National Park offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventurers, the stunning North Wales Coastline and the Roman City of Chester - all just waiting to be discovered.

Cae Caled Cottage sits in the extensive grounds of Glan Clwyd Isa, adjacent to the owner's house. This character holiday cottage was voted in the Top 20 Romantic Cottages by the Times and it is hardly surprising when you see the high standard of finishing and beautiful tranquil setting.
Accommodation is traditionally on two levels and comprises:

Outside: The cottage is accessed via the stone flagged patio area with parking close by.
Additional information: The cottage has full central heating. Bring your dogs on holiday with you where they will be made to feel welcome and get lots of opportunity for lovely long walks. Two dogs are welcome and for any other pets, please contact the owner. Cot available upon request. Prices include heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
