Graiglwyd Holiday Cottages offer a choice of six self-catering retreats ideally located on the edge of Snowdonia's stunning national park on the North Coast of Wales just four miles from Conwy's historic town.
Recently built to a high spec with stunning views over the Menai Straits and Isle of Anglesey, Sycamore Cottage (featured in this advert) accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms and is ideal for families and friends, as well as couples who like a little extra space around them. Sycamore Cottage has a hot tub available for use at an additional charge for the ultimate in relaxation. Multiple cottages can also be rented together, making Graiglwyd Holiday Cottages an ideal venue for large groups accommodating up to thirty six guests in total.
Sitting on a private estate within one acre of garden area, the cottages offer the chance of peace and tranquility and are nicely tucked away along a drive which is half a mile long. Contemporary and stylish, accommodation is exceptionally comfortable and offers plenty of outside living space to relax during the warmer months, and central heating for winter breaks.
Historic Conwy with its magnificent castle and ancient town walls is a short drive away and offers a good selection of shops and places for a meal out. There are also other picturesque coastal resorts within easy driving distance including Llandudno with its Victorian and Edwardian charm and family friendly beaches; the bustling city go town of Bangor with its impressive cathedral and pier; the small seaside town of Llanfairfechan and Colwyn Bay. Wales is well known for its spectacular castles and as well as nearby Conwy, Harlech and Caernarfon castles are also a must to visit
For those who like outdoor adventures, the Snowdonia National Park is a vast outdoor playground with something for all energy levels. Spend your days, rambling, pony trekking, scaling Snowdon if you are brave enough (or take the mountain train!), kayaking or visit one of the many mountain bike and outdoor centres for adrenaline junkies. Fishing is another popular pursuit and guests staying at Graiglwyd Holiday Cottages benefit from excellent fly-fishing on the estate (additional charges apply).
Alternatively, spend lazy days relaxing on the estate or on one of the nearby beaches where you can recharge your batteries.
