The Dell Chalet sleeps three guests and is full of vintage charm, dating back to the 1930's. Ideally placed in the very heart of the friendly coastal village of Little Haven, The Dell Chalet is perfect for couples, single travellers and small families looking for a holiday by the sea.
With a secluded sheltered garden, this welcoming holiday retreat offers all the right ingredients for a relaxing holiday and is within easy walking distance of Little Haven's beach, pubs, cafe and shops. Further amenities can be found in neighbouring Broad Haven - just half a mile by road or an enjoyable stroll along the beach when the tide is out. You can also hire wetsuits and surf boards from Broad Haven.
This beautiful part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is a natural wonder just made for adventure. From Little Haven you can enjoy water-sports including fishing, surfing, kayaking and swimming, as well as cycling and walking with an abundance of wildlife to spot along the way. Spend your days lazing on the beach, poking around in the rock pools or exploring the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path - if you don't feel like walking back, you can hop on the Puffin Shuttle Bus which runs from Martins Haven to St David's connecting the villages and towns along the coast.
Little Haven is one of those holiday destinations where you can just park the car, switch off and relax without the need to go anywhere to enjoy yourself. However, for those who like to explore, there are an abundance of attractions and places to visit. If you want a different beach to lay your towel out on, visit Newgale Sands, beautiful Barrafundle, Druidstone, Dale or Marloes. Head to Tenby, one of Wales' most popular coastal towns; St David's, the smallest city in Britain or Solva with its picturesque harbour. Browse the independent shops and galleries of Narbeth, an attractive market town with a good choice of places for a meal out; go seal spotting at The Deer Park or lace up your walking boots and head to the Preseli Mountains for a complete change of scenery. Picton Castle, the ancient site of Pentre Ifan and St Govan's Chapel are also worth visiting, as is Bosherton Lily Ponds - a beautiful place for a gentle stroll.
Wildlife enthusiasts should book a trip to visit the islands of Skomer, Ramsey, Caldey and Grasshom; and a trip to Folly Farm, The Blue Lagoon Water Park, Oakwood Theme Park and The Bug Farm are sure to be a holiday highlight for the little ones. For those who enjoy a game of golf, head to Haverfordwest, Newport and Milford Haven or Nolton Haven (and Haverfordwest) for horse riding.
The choices are simply endless to do as much or as little as you want on your holiday in Little Haven.
