The Maples is a comfortable lodge located in an elevated position in an exclusive park close to the market town of Narberth in Pembrokeshire. Sleeping four guests (children over 12 years old are welcome) in two bedrooms it is perfect for friends, couples and older children wanting to explore this pretty corner of Wales. Decorated in a contempory style and with additional features such as a log effect fire and hot tub, The Maples provides the perfect mix of a peaceful haven whilst still enjoying a few extra creature comforts.
The bustling town of Narberth, where you will find an array of individual upmarket boutiques, quirky antique shops, specialist delis and a wide range of butchers and grocery stores, is less than a mile away. The Maples has everything you need for self-catering but for nights that you don't want to cook Narberth has a number of lovely restaurants and takeaways. There are also plenty of good pubs and bars, including the newly opened ‘Hwb’ which provides a ‘food court’ vibe and often has live music. When you have finished exploring the town stretch your legs on one of the lovely walks in and around the immediate locality. Enjoy a leisurely stroll in Canaston Woods, where you can enjoy miles of woodland paths, or play a round of golf at the local 9 hole golf course.
If you want to venture slightly further afield head inland to the Preseli Hills or to Pembrokeshire’s stunning coastal path. Whilst the views differ they are both stunning in their own way. There are also numerous goregous beaches nearby. Tenby and Saundersfoot are the most well known but there are plenty of smaller coves to explore. Any castle lovers will love a day out at Carew, Pembroke and Manor Bier, all just a short drive away. Or soak up the history and heritage on the unique Caldey Island or St Davids, smallest city in the UK. Nearby Llysyfran provides an opportunity to try out various watersports. There are also beautiful walks and off road biking trails and a lovely onsite café for a welcome refreshment stop.
Holidays are available all year round at The Maples with short breaks possible depending on availability.

Accommodation is all on one level with ramped access. Please contact the owners for more details regarding accessibility.
Outside: Relax in the hot tub on the decking whilst you soak up the peaceful setting and stunning views. There is ample parking and a wooden shed housing a tumble dryer.
Additional information: The price includes utilities, bed linen and towels. Guests to bring their own beach towels please. Children over 12 years old are welcome. No pets and no smoking.
