About Cannister Hall Apartment

Stairs to a first floor, south-facing, contemporary living/dining area that overlooks orchards through a Juliet balcony. Modern shower-room and WC off living area. Open plan access to kitchen. Bedroom seperated by media wall with Smart TV, views through second Juliet balcony overlooking surrounding countryside from a sumptuous king size bed. The owners live next door and are on hand for guest enquiries.

We offer free, secure parking on the driveway behind an electric gate. The location is an ideal hub for those who wish to explore the local countryside, food and wine hostileries, the arts and historical buildings. Selling is a small village with a local pub and railway station. Less than 2 miles away is the picturesque village of Chilham. There are rail links to London, Ashford, Canterbury and the Kent coast. 

* Suitable for families and friends. Sleeps up to three with a kingsize bed and sofabed. Only suitable for children over 8
* First floor accessible via stairs. Fire evaculation is via stairs or balconies therefore not recommended for visitors with compromised mobility or younger children
* No pets, no smoking, no vaping, no e-cigarettes, no illegal substances or similar on the premises. No parties.
* Visitors permitted with prior notification
* Fully fitted kitchen, shower-room, bedroom and open-plan living and dining area
* Ceiling fan in sleeping area, ceramic florring and underfloor heating, Hive thermostat

* Juliet balconies off the sleeping and dining areas with panoramic, countryside and orchard views
* Currently there is no electric vehicle charging facility. Due to fire, trip and insurance reasons portable domestic chargers/‘granny charger’/‘trickle charger’ and use of internal/external plug points are prohibited.
