The Old Farm Shop is a spacious airy converted farm building in its own enclosed garden looking out over fields. It is right next to the Yarmouth Estuary footpath and 5 minutes walk to the highly recognised Red Lion Pub.
It is a perfect spot to relax and get away from it all with its own HotTub in the garden. The utilitarian exterior of the cottage reflects its original purpose as a milking parlour but the interior is spacious, airy and comfortable for two couples or a family. It has 2 ensuite double bedrooms and an open plan living area. It is disabled/wheelchair friendly as it is all on one level and has paved floors throughout. The Master bedroom has a wetroom style shower and plenty of hand rails.
It has an enclosed garden comprising a paved patio and a further grassed area. Dogs are very welcome. The house is right on the Yar Estuary footpath which leads onto the wonderful network of footpaths that are found on the Isle of Wight. There are more than 300 way-marked walks covering over 500 miles as well as extensive bridleways and cycle tracks.
There is a secure shed for storing bicycles and there is space (both stables and turn out) for horses on the farm if you wish to bring you equine friends with you.
500 metres down the farm drive there is a slipway onto the River Yar Estuary where small dinghies or paddle boards can be launched.
