The ground floor consist of an entrance vestibule, lower hall, Lounge, Dining Room, Study, Bedroom and utility room with toilet. The Lounge and Dining room have sea views. The First Floor comprises three double bedrooms, two ensuite with views to the sea and a third with a separate bathroom. The grounds contain garden areas to the front and rear of the villa and a glebe to the side which provides large open space for games with spectacular views to the islands. The front garden provides seating and a chiminea for log burning. The rear garden attracts wildlife visitors - a large selection of birds, the Pine Martin and The Badger.
