Annexe to a Victorian Cottage self contained with private entrance. Newly built luxurious annexe at the heart of a conservation area. In a quiet location within a minute’s walk to the vibrant centre of Ashley Cross with it cafe culture during the day and evening with numerous restaurants gastro pubs and wine bars.
Ashley Cross is one of the only Victorian Enclaves left in the Poole area. Its centre is a large green with a Victorian Fountain in the middle. It has seating areas meeting point for a lot of people with children and dog walkers. The Green is surrounded by Cafe’s Delicatessen Bakeries Butchers Fish Shop small supermarket and restaurants wine bars and takeaways. It is a very eclectic mix. St Peter’s Church is where Baden Powel the founder of the Scout Movement was married and the first scout camp was on Brownsea Island in Poole Harbour you can get ferries from Poole Quay and perhaps see some Red Squirrels. Along this road by the church are some good real ale pubs and a Tai gastro pub. In fact no need to move far in the evening as it’s all on hand.
Further afield a lot of people come to explore Corfe Castle. The Jurassic Coast such as Lulworth Cove Durdle Door if you enjoy walking then your in the right place.

You arrive to The Annexe through a Victorian style iron gate with a self checkin key safe. The front door is a few steps away on the left. You enter in to a luxurious comfortable stylish apartment. A well equipped kitchen with all you need for your stay. Oven Microwave Dishwasher Fridge a central island with a Gas Hob and breakfast bar area with two bar stools. There is a Utility Cupboard with washing machine and a rail above for drying things. Comfortable lounge area with a large settee and large armchair a square coffee table and a rug. Television connected to Virgin with Netflix and Prime.
The large bedroom has a Victorian iron style King Size bed with antique bedside tables and lamps. There are fitted sliding smoke glass wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space. This area is carpeted.
The an en-suit shower is fully tiled with a walk in shower toilet and basin unit with drawers and a lighting mirror above and a heated towel rail.
There is self controlled full central heating set at 20% normally but can be adjusted to suit.
