PROPERTY FEATURES

Adults:

Many features have been designed for comfort and pampering. A boutique weekend getaway with lots of opportunities for you to spoil yourselves. For example, we have a multi-purpose beauty treatment room, equipped with salon hairdressing chairs mirrors.

Younger children:

Garden and trampoline are designed for children to run around and enjoy themselves (use of trampoline is subject to safe use agreement). Superfast 1GB broadband and flat-screen TV’s . House is less than a 1-minute walk to 100’s of square meters of grassy woodlands, with a children’s play area and a purpose-built athletics track. Sky TV and TV apps with 100’s of children’s cartoons and films.

Older children/ teenagers:

House is a few minutes’ drive away from tennis courts, badminton courts, football pitches, swimming pools (lane swimming and flumes), sandy beach with watersports, golf course as well as the Bournemouth Aquarium.

There is a pool table in the house and an easy to use American Fridge Freezer.

Our property is unable to accept Student or Stag groups of any kind.

All bedrooms contain pocket sprung mattresses, which are supplied with freshly laundered bed linen and towels. We may be able to supply fold up beds in addition to the beds below:

The property has excellent catering facilities (large fully equipped kitchen, with seating for 18 in the dining room, and seating for another 8 around the additional dining table in the kitchen).

Eating out: For those guests that like to eat out (after all, you are on holiday), there are some excellent local cafes that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to a very high standard and at very competitive prices. Being a self-declared foodie, I can make some recommendations of the best places to eat locally.

Booking

Booking deposit: Booking is secured upon receipt of booking deposit (cleared funds). The booking deposit needed to secure this booking is £675.

The remainder of booking total (exc. damage deposit): This is due 7 weeks before guest check-in.

Damage deposit: The damage deposit is £500 and is due 2 days before guest check-in. It is returned as a bank transfer within 2 days of guest check out.

Refunds: Please note that all sums paid by guests are non-refundable if the guest chooses to cancel.

Arrival/ Departure times

Check-in time: We try to be as flexible as we can with guest check-in times. Please tell us what times suit you, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate. If we do not have guests staying the night before, then guests may be able to do an early check-in. Otherwise, standard check-in time is from 3:30 pm

Check out time: 10:30 am
