Westley Farm is home to five stone holiday cottages and provides a blissful 'away from it all' retreat amongst glorious Cotswolds countryside. A place where you can immediately relax and enjoy a slower pace of life with an abundance of wonderful walks to fill your days, superb pubs, glorious views and a cosy retreat to retire to. During the warmer months (spring through to autumn) three yurts and three cabins are also available to rent. Hidden away in the woods they are a popular choice with those looking for something a little different. One yurt has its own hot tub (just fire it up with wood and sit back and relax to the sound of bird song) and the other has a roll-top bath located inside a horse box!
Nestling amongst seventy acres of truly beautiful countryside with wooded areas, wildflower meadows, sheep and ponies peacefully grazing the fields and an abundance of wildlife including foxes, deer and buzzards soaring up above, you could not wish for a more picturesque setting for a weekend away or holiday.
The holiday cottages are spread over the farm which is nicely tucked away at the tip of the beautiful Golden Valley. One of the Cotswolds' true hidden gems, the cottages each have their own unique quirky charm and afford lovely rural views as good as any you will find in England. From across the valley you can faintly hear the church bells ring and see the houses in the distance just above the trees.
Pretty leafy lanes and footpaths criss-cross the surrounding area providing access to miles of wonderful walks. Lace up your walking boots and explore the canal which clips the edge of the farm taking you eventually to Stroud with its vibrant farmer's market, shops and pubs. Stroll across the fields to The Crown for a leisurely lunch - just fifteen minutes away at Frampton Mansell. Minchinhampton Common is also a lovely place to stroll amongst the cattle peacefully grazing or enjoy a game of golf.
Alternatively, explore the wider area which offers an abundance of attractions including Cirencester, Stroud and Tetbury to name just a few.
