Y Llofft is located on a quiet country lane on the outskirts of the charming seaside village of Tresaith. Ideally situated for some of the most picturesque and idyllic beaches that the West Wales coast and Cardigan Bay has to offer, including the Blue Flag beaches of Tresaith, Aberporth and Llangrannog and the more rural Green Coast awarded Penbryn, Mwnt and Cwmtydu. Access to the Ceredigion Coastal path is just a 5 minute walk away from the house but if a casual stroll is more your thing then The Ship Inn pub and Tresaith beach are a half mile amble down the hill. Activity seekers will find plenty of scope for adventure with surfing, sailing and coasteering being popular on this stretch of the stunning coastline. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the thriving town of Cardigan with a wide range of independant shops and restaurants.
We welcome up to 2 dogs, so the whole family can enjoy a break in this stunning location. Y Llofft is next to Ty Isaf, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: Super king size bed, Smart TV/DVD, blackout blinds, dressing table, wardrobes, hairdryer, ample space for a travel cot. Bedroom 2: Single bed, large chest of drawers, built in cupboard, blackout blind, hairdryer.
Bathroom: Large shower cubicle with rain shower, bath with hand held shower attachment, toilet, hand basin, vanity unit with illuminated mirror, shaving point Living room: Views over the valley and distant sea views, dining area with oak table and 4 chairs. Open plan to living area with 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, wood burner, Smart 42” Freeview HDTV, DVD player, ROKU streaming device, Bluetooth speaker and Internet radio. Large selection of DVDs for both adults and children as well as board games and books for children

To the front is an enclosed decked seating area benefiting from morning sun. There is ample parking for 2 cars directly outside the front door.
