The mill apartment is approached by a secure push button intercom system. There is a hallway with lighting and stairs up to the first floor apartment.
Inside the apartment there is a hallway with a cloaks area. Leading off the hall are an open plan kitchen/living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a utility room off the kitchen which houses the boiler and washing machine.
The living room has a chesterfield sofa, coffee table, smart tv and dining table and chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

Clare is a walking initiative town and walks take place during the week and there is a park run which takes place on Saturdays Clare Country Park directly opposite The Maltworks.
There is a view of the park, river and Clare Castle from the apartment.
The entrance door to Clare Priory and its peaceful grounds is just across a little pedestrian bridge over the River Stour.
Cosy, industrial style converted mill building in the heart of the smallest town in Suffolk. lots of independent shops. Minutes from pubs, tea rooms, coffee shops, groceries and pharmacist. Beside the river Stour, Clare Castle Country Park and the old railway station, now a tea room.
